“The Royal Rep” may start rapidly changing themes throughout the day - and week. Don’t worry, I will eventually settle on something.

The change occurred by accident. I clicked on another theme in my admin panel just to see what it looked like, when I realized that it had changed the blog entirely. All my customization was lost.

I had been thinking about tweaking the design anyway, but now I really have to do it!  These are the sort of things that happen when my coffee hasn’t kicked in yet. Just be glad I don’t work at NASA.

I’ve put the finishing touches on the Royal Jewels pages. I am still working on the Crown Jewels section, but that should be finished soon.

I’ve added new photos, two of which are the Cartier clips and the Williamson brooch. I was also able to find color photos of Grand Duchess Vladimir’s tiara, which, when worn with its emerald drops, needs to be seen in all its colorful splendor!

Over the years, I’ve not only researched the British Royal Family, but the history of several European monarchies, too.

I have been fascinated with the Royal House of Monaco for a few years now, so I am considering a separate set of webpages for them. Not just as profiles at “August Annotations”, but perhaps as something more than that.

It is an idea that I am mulling over right now. I will be bringing more information to light soon. If you have any thoughts, please let me know. Thank you!

I’ve been working feverishly on the Royal Jewels section of the website. It is nearly finished, and I have added new images that were not there previously. Next I will be working on the Crown Jewels section.

If you’ve been wondering where the photo gallery has gone, simply scroll down and look for the Flickr photo album on the left. That’s where the gallery will be contained from now on. Enjoy!

I am so happy to be able to manage my blog directly under the main website. It feels a lot more organized!

I’m happy to say that Mandy’s British Royalty is back online! It is still in it’s skeleton version, but the information is being put back together and that’s the most important thing.

Unfortunately, it is taking my old server a long time to change my DNS settings to the new server. It is driving me crazy because I have so many good ideas coming but I cannot yet implement them.

I am hoping this week the DNS settings will be changed. Crossed fingers!

My old email address (info - at - mandysroyalty - dot - org) is back up and running.
It was down for several months due to spam and other sorts of weirdness, but since the server change all is well.

All emails to me should be directed to the above address from now on. Please update address books.

“Mandy’s British Royalty” is staying at the same URL and under the same name. No changes there, but there is going to be a change of server underway this week, and it may cause the site to go down entirely for a time. The Royal Rep will be just fine however!
