Countess Alexandra of Frederiksborg has launched her new website. Since her divorce from Prince Joachim of Denmark and subsequent remarriage, Alexandra has been removed from the Danish Royal Family’s website. Now, find Her Excellency here.
There will soon be a new member of the Danish monarchy.
Prince Joachim and his girlfriend, Marie Cavallier, are engaged. The announcement was made in a statement by Her Majesty Queen Margrethe and His Royal Highness Prince Henrik.
It is the first marriage for Marie, the second for Prince Joachim who was previously married to Countess Alexandra of Denmark.
Joachim is the younger brother of Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark.

The daughter of Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and Australian-born Crown Princess Mary has been named Isabella.
The Danish royal family’s official website said the princess had been christened Isabella Henrietta Ingrid Margrethe.
Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary gave birth to a healthy daughter at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark today.
HRH Crown Prince Frederik was by his wife’s side when she gave birth to the 3350 gr., 50 cm. baby, whose name has not yet been released.
Her Highness Princess Alexandra of Denmark will marry Mr. Martin Jørgensen today. Her title and position as a princess of Denmark will now cease, and her new title shall be Her Excellency, Alexandra Christina, Countess of Frederiksborg.
On July 2nd, 2007, the Sea Stallion from Glendalough will start its voyage from Roskilde in Denmark to Dublin, the capital of Ireland.
The Viking ship voyage will be the biggest marine archaeological experiment ever. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark is patron of the Sea Stallion and the Dublin venture.
