Below, Princess Letizia attends ‘A Que Sabe este Libro’ on December 21st. There is something about her that looks different. It’s the brows, I think.

I’m not being critical of the princess, I’m merely curious when it comes to possible cosmetic surgery. Especially when it is someone like Letizia, who was already beautiful to begin with. What’s the point?
Back in 2008, Letizia went under the knife for what was termed ‘a deviated septum’ – in other words, it was medically necessary rhinoplasty. The bump in her nose was removed, but her face also filled out and her eyes looked decidedly blank (see my post for before and after photos here). She looked haunting, not bright-eyed and charismatic like she had been before.
Now, her brows look higher and more sculpted. Plus, her forehead is extremely shiny, which could be evidence of Botox. When will the princess learn that she is fine and doesn’t need these enhancements? I fear that as she ages, Letizia’s “quick fixes” will become more and more frequent and she will end up looking like the Duchess of Alba! Youthful photos of the Duchess indicate that she was a knockout lovely…until surgery came along. Felipe, do something!
